Save Our Clean Water Source Before it’s to Late.

The low sulfur coal in Wyoming, that is used to generate electricity, is the sole reason why I enjoyed a 35 year career with the railroad.I also understand that because of the carbon foot print that is the result of these coal fired plants, these plants are fading away because of what they are doing to our environment. Before I started my RR career, I worked for Sargent Irrigation (an agriculture well drilling company), located in Broken Bow, Nebraska. That work experience, gave me the full appreciation and understanding as to why, for many generations, our farmers and ranchers, have a deep respect, connection, with their land, and all of the natural resources! All pipelines will eventually leak, and if the Tar-sands oil gets into one of the worlds largest fresh sources of water (Ogallala Aquifer), this would be a big game changer! This Tar-sands oil needs to be refined in Canada, not in Texas!

“And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth”

Genesis 1:26
